This notice explains the browser timezone, community content, analytics, advertising and affiliate measurement, and country-level location processing used across Crystalign Spine.

Last updated August 11, 2026

Browser timezone

When you create an account, sign in, or use a signed-in page, Crystalign may store the timezone reported by your browser. It is used to present relevant dates, including trial dates in transactional emails, in your local calendar date. Crystalign refreshes this value when you sign in, but ordinary signed-in page visits do not replace an existing timezone.

Microsoft Clarity analytics

Crystalign Spine uses Microsoft Clarity on customer-facing public and signed-in pages, except the Community, to understand page views, clicks, scrolling, and where people encounter difficulty or leave an experience. Clarity applies masking to sensitive form content. Tolt, Clarity, and X Ads scripts are not loaded under /community.

Advertising storage is always disabled. Public pages, plan-selection pages, and visits where full analytics storage is not appropriate use Clarity's limited cookieless mode. In that mode, individual page interactions may still be measured, but visits are not joined into a reliable journey across pages.

Eligible paid Align and Ascend visits outside Microsoft consent-enforcement regions may use analytics cookies so Clarity can provide complete session features. Learn more in Microsoft's Clarity Consent V2 documentation.

X advertising measurement

Crystalign Spine uses the X Ads pixel on the Align advertising landing page, Align monthly checkout, and the first page shown after a completed Align monthly subscription. It operates on these pages worldwide to measure advertising attribution and campaign performance.

The X pixel may use cookies or browser storage and receive page and referrer information, IP address, and browser or device information. After Stripe confirms an eligible subscription, Crystalign may also report a pseudonymous billing attempt identifier, conversion value, and currency when those monetary details are available. An immediate payment uses its Stripe invoice amount. A trial start uses the Stripe-provided monthly subscription price that would apply after the trial.

Crystalign does not send your name, email address, or phone number to X for this measurement. Learn more in X's conversion tracking documentation.

Tolt affiliate tracking

Crystalign Spine uses Tolt to attribute visits, registrations, and qualifying paid subscriptions to affiliate partners. When you follow an affiliate link, Tolt's browser script may store referral or click information in your browser so the referral can be recognized as you continue through Crystalign.

Crystalign may provide a signup identifier, such as your email address, to register a referred lead. For referred paid customers, Tolt's Stripe integration may also process information about subscriptions, payments, renewals, cancellations, and refunds. This information is used for affiliate attribution, commission calculation, reporting, and payouts.

The referring affiliate may receive limited or redacted referral and transaction information through their Tolt portal. Learn more in Tolt's privacy policy.

Country-level location checks

For eligible paid visits, Crystalign checks the request IP address against a country database stored on the Crystalign server. No per-visitor request is sent to a geolocation API.

The cache key is a keyed one-way digest of the normalized IP address, and the cached value contains only the resolved two-letter country code. Successful results are kept for 72 hours. Failed or unresolved checks are kept for one hour and default to limited cookieless analytics.

The local country data is the free DB-IP Country Lite database, which has reduced coverage and accuracy compared with DB-IP's commercial data. IP Geolocation by DB-IP, licensed under CC BY 4.0.

Community posts, images, and live chat

Align and Ascend members can publish community posts using their account display name. Community posts are visible to other eligible signed-in members. Images are stored at public, unlisted URLs, which means anyone who receives an image URL can access it without signing in. Do not upload sensitive personal, health, or client information.

To request permanent account deletion, signed-in members can use Request account deletion in Account Settings or Contact Us in the Crystalign menu. Support will confirm and process the request. Crystalign removes your community read state, subscriptions, and reports and removes your identity from retained posts. Your posts and attached images remain as contributions by “Deleted member” until an administrator removes the content.

Live chat shows your account display name to eligible members and keeps messages for 30 days. Presence and typing signals are temporary and are not stored. Chat read state, reports you filed, and mutes targeting your account are removed when your account is permanently deleted; retained chat messages are anonymized and expire on the normal 30-day schedule. Optional browser notifications are enabled per browser, appear only while the chat page is open but hidden, and do not use closed-page push notifications.

Questions and browser controls

You can use your browser's privacy, cookie, or tracking-protection controls to restrict analytics requests. For questions about this notice, contact hello@crystalignspine.com. Signed-in users can also use Contact Us in the Crystalign menu, including to request permanent account deletion.
