Crystalign Spine
Subscription and billing terms
These terms explain how paid subscriptions, the first-paid subscription trial, renewals, promotions, plan changes, and cancellations currently work.
Last updated September 1, 20261. The service
Crystalign Spine provides educational and guided self-awareness experiences. It is not medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent a condition. You remain responsible for deciding whether and how to use the service and for seeking appropriately qualified professional care when needed.
2. Paid plans
Align and Ascend are paid subscription plans available with monthly or annual billing. The price and currency displayed at checkout for your selected plan and interval are the price you authorize, subject to any promotion shown before confirmation.
3. First-paid subscription trial
When the offer is enabled, an eligible account receives one 14-day free trial on its first Align or Ascend subscription, whether it starts as a new paid signup or as a resubscription from an inactive account. The offer applies to monthly and annual subscriptions.
- You must successfully add and confirm a valid payment method before the trial starts.
- No subscription charge is made when an eligible trial begins.
- The checkout page shows the expected first billing date and the amount and interval that apply after the trial.
- A trial is used once it successfully starts, even if you cancel before making a payment.
- An abandoned or unsuccessful card-setup attempt does not use the trial.
- Accounts that previously held a paid subscription, received this trial, or have a successful Align or Ascend payment are not eligible for another trial.
Eligibility is checked again after card setup and before the subscription is created. If it changes, Crystalign will not substitute an immediate charge. You will be asked to review the revised terms and submit again.
4. Card authorization, billing, and renewal
By confirming a paid subscription, you authorize Stripe to store your payment method for off-session charges. For an eligible trial, the first charge is scheduled for the displayed trial end date. Otherwise, the first charge is due when shown at checkout.
Unless canceled, monthly subscriptions renew each month and annual subscriptions renew each year at the then-applicable price shown for your account. Stripe may retry failed payments under the billing settings in effect at that time. A trial without a usable saved payment method at its end is set to cancel rather than start paid billing.
5. Promotion codes
A valid promotion code applies according to the discount amount, duration, and renewal information displayed before confirmation. Unless the checkout expressly says otherwise, a promotion does not create a second trial or extend the trial end date. Temporary promotions may cause a later renewal to return to the regular plan price shown in the checkout summary.
6. Cancellation and resumption
You can manage or cancel a paid subscription from subscription management. Canceling during a trial keeps paid-plan access through the original trial end, prevents the first subscription charge, and does not restore trial eligibility. If you resume before that date, billing remains scheduled for the original trial end.
After a trial, cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You keep paid-plan access until that period ends, and future renewal charges stop. Cancel before the displayed renewal date to avoid the next scheduled charge.
7. Plan and interval changes
A change between Align and Ascend or between monthly and annual billing may take effect immediately and may create a prorated charge or credit where the preview says so. Changes made during a trial preserve its original end date. Crystalign shows an available billing preview before you confirm a change.
8. Billing communications
Trial users receive an immediate confirmation with the core billing terms and a reminder seven days before scheduled billing, unless the trial has been canceled. Stripe sends receipts for successful subscription charges when its customer-email setting is enabled. Keep your Crystalign account email current so these messages reach you.
9. Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable statutory consumer guarantees. These terms do not create a separate blanket refund guarantee. Any refund or remedy is considered under applicable law and the circumstances of the transaction.
10. Changes to these terms
Crystalign may update these terms or plan details. Material changes affecting an existing subscription will be communicated as required by applicable law. The version shown when you confirm a transaction applies to that confirmation.
11. Community contributions
Community access is available to eligible Align and Ascend accounts. You remain responsible for posts and images you submit and must not post unlawful, harmful, infringing, confidential, or sensitive personal or client information. Images use public, unlisted URLs. Crystalign may moderate, hide, or remove content and may restrict community access where necessary to protect members or the service.
Account deletion is processed by support after a request through Account Settings or Contact Us. If Crystalign permanently deletes your account, your community posts and images are retained without your account identity and displayed as being from “Deleted member” until an administrator removes them.
The Community live chat is a member-visible, text-only room. Chat messages are normally retained for 30 days, after which they and their attached reports are permanently removed. Members may remove their own messages, administrators may remove any message and temporarily or permanently mute chat posting, and reported messages are not hidden automatically. Presence and typing indicators are temporary. Browser notifications require device-specific permission and operate only while the chat page remains open.
